I ordered two black hats with the Canada logo 2 months ago. I absolutely love the quality and the hat was a perfect fit. But it came in the wrong colour. I emailed them and didn’t get a response for about a month. They ask me to take a picture of the blue hats and they would sent me the right Color. They also apologized for taking so long to respond. Unfortunately I haven’t heard anything for a month. So quality of the hats are a five star,customer service not so great. Still waiting for my black hats that I ordered in January.
Canadian flag is glued on with Elmer's school glue. It fell off day 2. I've written them multiple times with no response. The "low profile" hats aren't even close to low profile either. Don't be fooled. Stay away.

Just a nice fitting hat

My husband bought 4 hats for him & his golf friends, they loved them (despite the Canada flag logos coming unglued) so I bought 2 more for other friends. My order from June 8, 2026 never arrived (this is August 23, 2026). Courier returned to Sender due to box being damaged. Multiple emails sent to AGHeadwear to recify this situation have gone unanswered. $90+ CAD spent with no hats & no response from company. Customer Service has been extremely poor, very disappointed! No refund given, nor hats received. Buyers Beware!
Following a bit of a wait, the hats arrived and are as described. The quality of the hat is the best I've seen in a ball-style cap... And I have seen and bought many hats over the years. Well done! My favourite hat so far!

Bought this to replace the one I lost, lucked out with the BOGO offer during Canada Day. Love the fit & wear of these hats as well as the easy maintenance. Glad I replaced it (with a bonus), truly enjoy wearing these hats.

fits kind of awkwardly, the brim of the hat is very narrow so it looks goofy on anyone with a wider head. otherwise the quality is great
